The comfortable, spacious living room is built in the open, Caribbean style. Fine examples of local art are throughout the villa. The high-beamed ceiling, louvered and sliding doors open to the patio, grounds, and the cool trade winds. The villa has a complete stereo system, satellite TV, VCR (VHS) and family games. Dine inside the open dining area which seats 8 comfortably or in the airy gazebo overlooking the grounds, pool and blue Caribbean.

Sun Spot Villa has a full staff consisting of cook, houseman and housekeeper. Laundry service is provided at no charge. Golf is available at the Breezes course; only a three-minute walk.
